Meditation class plymouth - "Embracing all"

6 week meditation class for all levels

Dates: 13 Nov, 20 Nov, 27 Nov, 4 Dec, 11 Dec and 18 Dec.
Time: arrival is for 6pm and sitting starts at 6.15pm until 7.15pm

We will use the last 5-10 minutes for reflection and sharing.

This meditation class also facilitates those who prefer to sit on a chair or need to lay down.
